There are no private sector investors for now except that it isanticipated that the economic development that should be facilitated in the municipality should be able touplift people so that in future they should be able to afford housing for on their own.The estimations above exclude budget estimations for other social amenities which would ensure that theintegrated sustainable settlements are achieved.
