The maximum numbers of bacteria (6.3 x 10 6 /g), as well as yeasts andmolds (9,267/g) were detected in wheat grain samples harvested in 2009, while thelowest number of microorganisms (1700 BCFU/g and 150 MYCFU/g) was recorded inProtilac additive.Microbiologicaly anadequate quality of 1 sample of soybean cake, and 2 samples ofsunflower pellets was a consequence of the presence of Proteus species. From otherpathogenic bacteria only Clostridium spp. were found in one sample of soybean cake,but in much smaller number compared to the max allowed number according to Serbianregulations (20/g compared to 1000/g).286
