Blood smears were prepared and stained according to Pappenheim andinvestigated under a microscope in order to determine the differential blood count. Therelative ratio of individual cells of leukocytes is given in percentages in relation to theirtotal number. The data were analyzed using the general linear model procedure of theStatistica [14].RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONTables 1, 2, and 3 presented complete blood count, excluding number of leucocytes anddifferetial white blood, because we use them like immunohaematological parameters.Piglets of all groups on the beginning of the trial had similar number of erytrocytes anderythrocyte constants (MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW), haemoglobine and haematocrit(Table 1).Table 1.
