The maximum numbers <strong>of</strong> bacteria (6.3 x 10 6 /g), as well as yeasts <strong>and</strong>molds (9,267/g) were detected in wheat grain samples harvested in 2009, while thelowest number <strong>of</strong> microorganisms (1700 BCFU/g <strong>and</strong> 150 MYCFU/g) was recorded inProtilac additive.Microbiologicaly anadequate quality <strong>of</strong> 1 sample <strong>of</strong> soybean cake, <strong>and</strong> 2 samples <strong>of</strong>sunflower pellets was a consequence <strong>of</strong> the presence <strong>of</strong> Proteus species. From otherpathogenic bacteria only Clostridium spp. were found in one sample <strong>of</strong> soybean cake,but in much smaller number compared to the max allowed number according to Serbianregulations (20/g compared to 1000/g).286
