Surround Control windowOptions available will depend on whether the Mixer Channel is single source (mono) or 2 sources (stereo).Position/Speaker ControlWhen a single source is used, the Position Control is displayed as a green dot on a grid with 5 speaker icons. Eachspeaker icon represents a Surround Speaker Position (L, C, R, SL, SR). The position of the Green Dot determines theposition of the source within the surround sound space. To position it, simply left-click anywhere within the surroundsound space. To position it, simply left-click on the control and move it to the desired location or use theknobs. Double-clicking on the Green Dot automatically centers it.Surround Panning AlgorithmThe drop down list gives a choice of panning algorithms.Constant GainSurround Control floating Win-Allows the surround panning to preserve a constant gain sum on all speakers wherever the Position Control isplaced.Constant PowerAllows the surround panning to preserve a constant power sum on all speakers wherever the Position Control isplaced.Mixer : Mixer Surround Components 10 - 191
