TASCAM TDIFThe TASCAM TDIF daughter card offers 24 channels of I/O over 3 Tascam TDIF connections. Connection is via threeDB-25 connectors, One on the main card attached to the Mykerinos and two more on a separate bracket connectedvia internal ribbon cable to the main card.TASCAM TDIF I/O OptionA TASCAM TDIF format option bracket may be added to the ADAT I/O daughtercard and provides is available for 8channels of TDIF I/O. The TDIF bracket connects to a socket on the ADAT card only. Here,you can set various parameters relating to Merging Technologies hardware and software. For example, in a multiboardsystem, this is where you determine which boards will be used, the Buses Mode and which board will handleVideo reference and TimeCode. If you are running both VCube and Pyramix on one system you can assignboards to each application.
