Background/Analysis:On Thursday, May 5, 2011, the selection committee interviewed six (6) firms to provide EnvironmentalConsulting services on a district wide, continuing services basis. The committee members were asfollows:• Tina Calderone, Board Member• Murray Craig, Business Advisory Board Representative• Denis Quagliani, Director of Facilities Services• Allen Nettles, Project ManagerDana Chester, Director of Facilities Planning and Construction lay, facilitated and administered theRFQ solicitation on behalf of the committee. Based on specific selection criteria, the committeerecommends the following ranking:1. EE&G Environmental Services, LLC1. MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc.1. Nodarse & Associates, Inc.2. Professional Service Industries3. Ardaman & Associates, Inc.4. ep3, Inc.The department will negotiate contracts with all of the number one ranked firms.3.
