practicable and that employee will no longer be permitted on school grounds whenstudents are present, will no longer have direct contact with students and will not haveaccess to or control of school funds. UCPCF agrees to indemnify and hold harmless theSCSB, its officers, agents and employees from any liability in the form of physical injury,death, or property damage resulting from the UCPCF's failure to comply with therequirements of this paragraph or Florida Statute Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, asamended by the Jessica Lunsford Act.The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012. IfUCPEO fails to obtain a charter from OCSB for the operation of a charterschool pursuant to §1002.33, Florida Statues, or should any such charter berevoked, this Agreement shall immediately be null and void.Should UCPCF fail to cure any failure of performance of any obligation setforth herein or otherwise required by law, rule of the state Board ofEducation, rule of the Commissioner of Education, policy of the SCSB, orpolicy of the OCSB, then and in that event, upon 15 days written notice toUCPCF from either SCSB or OCSB, either the SCSB or the OCSB at itsoption may declare this Agreement null and void.All notices hereunder required to be given to UCPCF shall be given in writingby certified U.S. Mail, return receipt requested or by hand delivery to:CEOUCP Charter School3305 S.
