AMENDMENT NO. 7 TO AGREEMENT BETWEENOWNER AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGERPursuant to Paragraph 2.2 of the Agreement, dated April 28, 2009 between SeminoleCounty School Board (Owner) and Pro-Spec, Inc. (Construction Manager) for continuingconstruction management at risk services, this amendment includes the work at GoldsboroElementary School as follows: Remolding of restroom 02-116 and storage room 02-118 toinclude a shower and changing room. The Owner and Construction Manager establish aGuaranteed Maximum Price and Contract Time for the Work as set forth below.ARTICLE 1GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICEThe Construction Manager’s Guaranteed Maximum Price for the work, including theestimated Cost of the Work, preconstruction services, the Construction Manager’s Fee andallowances totals $19,512 (Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Twelve dollars and no/ cents).This price is for the performance of the work in accordance with:Exhibit A: GMP proposal prepared by Pro-Spec, Inc. dated 5/09/11.ARTICLE IICONTRACT TIMEThe date of Substantial Completion established by this Amendment, including liquidateddamages, is as follows: July 15, 2011. Liquidated damages are set at $100.00 (0nehundred and no/100 dollars) per calendar day for failure to substantially complete theproject as stated herein.
