v DUPLICATE CSECT - csectname<br />

v Duplicate CSECT - csectname<br />

Explanation: The specified CSECT name has already<br />

been encountered during the loading process.<br />

<strong>System</strong> Action: The CSECT is loaded only once. Any<br />

occurrences after the first encounter with a CSECT<br />

name is ignored.<br />

User Response: Remove any duplicate file names<br />

from the LOADLIST EXEC. Remove any duplicate<br />

CSECTs from the object files being loaded. If the error<br />

occurred while loading the system, load the system<br />

again. If the error occurred while loading some<br />

customer-written <strong>CP</strong> routines, enter the <strong>CP</strong>XLOAD<br />

comm<strong>and</strong> (or configuration file statement) again.<br />

H<strong>CP</strong>8006E fn ft fm DOES NOT HAVE FIXED,<br />

80-BYTE RECORDS<br />

Explanation: The indicated file must have fixed-length,<br />

80-byte records.<br />

<strong>System</strong> Action: The file is not loaded; the comm<strong>and</strong><br />

runs with the next file in the load list.<br />

User Response: It is possible that an incorrect file<br />

type was specified in the comm<strong>and</strong> line or an incorrect<br />

file name was listed in the load list. Verify that a proper<br />

object deck for the indicated file exists on the accessed<br />

disks.<br />

H<strong>CP</strong>8007E UNEXPECTED ERROR nnn — PLIST<br />

plist fn ft fm<br />

Explanation: An unexpected error occurred during<br />

H<strong>CP</strong>LDR processing. The plist indicates one of the<br />

following CMS functions: RDBUF, WRBUF, or FINIS.<br />

The nnn variable indicates one of the following<br />

conditions:<br />

2 The address of the buffer was not within virtual<br />

after you entered the ACCESS comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />

Reenter the ACCESS comm<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> try to read<br />

the file again.<br />

5 The number of records is less than 0 or greater<br />

than 32768<br />

7 The fixed/variable flag is not F or V.<br />

8 The record read is longer than the buffer.<br />

9 The specified file is open for writing; it must be<br />

closed <strong>and</strong> opened for reading.<br />

11 The number of records is greater than 1 for a<br />

variable-length file.<br />

12 The end of the file was reached.<br />

13 An invalid displacement appears in the AFT of<br />

a variable-length file.<br />

14 An invalid character appears in the file name.<br />

15 An invalid character appears in the file type.<br />

2 The virtual storage address equals zero.<br />

4 The first character of the file mode is invalid.<br />

5 The second character of the file mode is<br />

invalid.<br />

6 The record number or number of records is too<br />

long.<br />

7 An attempt was made to skip over an unwritten<br />

variable-length record.<br />

8 The number of bytes was not specified.<br />

10 The maximum number of CMS files (3400) was<br />

reached.<br />

11 The fixed/variable flag is not F or V.<br />

12 The disk is read-only.<br />

13 The disk is full.<br />

14 The number of bytes to be written is not<br />

integrally divisible by the number of records to<br />

be written.<br />

15 The length of this record is not the same as<br />

that of the previous record.<br />

16 The characteristic of the record, fixed or<br />

variable, is not the same as the previous<br />

record.<br />

17 A variable-length record is greater than 65K<br />

bytes.<br />

18 The number of records is greater than 1 for a<br />

variable-length file.<br />

19 The maximum number of data blocks (16060)<br />

has been reached.<br />

20 An invalid character appears in the file name.<br />

21 An invalid character appears in the file type.<br />
