people, do therefoic nominate and appoint Sir James Dalrymple of Staire, Sir John<br />

Eaird of Xewbaith, Mr. Alexander Swintouu of Mersingtoun, Sir Collen Campbell of<br />

Arbruelroll, James Murray of Philipliaugh, James Dundas of Arnestou, Mr. John<br />

Hamiltoun of Hallcraigc, ^Mr. David Hume of Crosrigg, Sir Jolm Maitland of Revellrigg,<br />
