entry be taken of him, if he. and John Johnstone and their friends do<br />

not agree on matters disputable between them before Candlemas j the<br />

said John Johnstone being meanwhile under as.surance that he and his<br />

friends shall be unharmed by the .said John Elliot and his kinsmen, who<br />
