Ilk appeared with John, Earl of Mar, and other.^, his curators, on tlic one
side, and on the other part, Eobeit Jolmstone of Eaecleueh, called tutor of
Johnstone, for himself and Tvobert Johnstone, sou and ajiparent licir to the
late Muugo Johnstoue of Howcleuch ;
