6.13.10 Recleaner (drive 5)

Depending on equipment, your euro-Maus4 has a sieve conveyor cleaner or an 8-set
pinch roller cleaner. This performs recleaning of the beets. The recleaner is located
between the infeed conveyor and the truck conveyor. The drive for the recleaner is only
operating when the machine drive has already been switched on.
Briefly press the button (9) on the right joystick once to switch on the recleaner.
If this button is pressed briefly again, then the drive for the recleaner is switched off.
When this button is pressed and held pressed, then the rotating direction of the
recleaner is reversed. Reversing of the recleaner is only possible for the version with a
pinch roller cleaner.
The speed of the recleaner may be set to one of 10 stages. To do so, set the rotary
switch to position 5. You change the recleaning speed by pressing the buttons / .
button = more aggressive recleaning
button = gentler recleaning
If the recleaner is designed as an 8-set pinch roller cleaner, then the speed may be set
in 11 stages (0-10 and additionally "MAX").
To treat the beets as caringly as possible, the speed of the recleaner should not be
selected higher than necessary.
The stage "MAX" should only be used in case of extremely sticky soil. In this stage, the
speed of the pinch roller cleaner is exclusively dependent on the speed of the diesel
engine. To switch on the stage "MAX", press and hold the button until the color
terminal displays the stage "MAX" indicator.
In case of blocks of the recleaner, the drives 1-4 are switched off.
