7 Maintenance and Care
Note for the specialist workshop! If replacing or refilling the coolant, this should
be mixed with the following oil: Fuchs Reniso PAG46 (ROPA Item No. 435046). On
no account may the air conditioning system be operated using other oil additives.
Refrigerant filling capacity approx.1.75 kg.
For every 100 g of refrigerant (refrigerant type R134a) in each case, there must be 10 ml
of oil circulating oil in the refrigerant circuit.
ROPA adds a fluorescent agent to the refrigerant on all machines during initial filling.
This enables quick and cost-effective detection of any leaks occurring on the air
conditioning system.
If the heatingand ventilation system should not work at full performance, even if the
circulating air grille is fully open, the cause for this is usually found in blocked filters.
Therefore, always clean both filters.
