– Immediately screw on the closure plug again when the oil escapes free of bubbles<br />

and tighten it to a torque of 16 Nm.<br />

If the oil does not escape within 15 seconds, screw in the closure plug again and call<br />

servicing.<br />

– Wait at least 10 minutes and then recheck the oil level as described above.<br />

– Add oil if necessary.<br />

7.2.2 Pump distributor gear (PVG) oil cooler<br />

– Check the gear oil cooler (6) of the pump distributor gear every day for soiling.<br />

– Clean it if necessary either with compressed air or with the spray jet of a water hose.<br />

– On no account may you use a high-pressure cleaner for this.<br />

7.3 Hydraulic system<br />

Danger! The pressure reservoirs on the hydraulic system are permanently under high<br />

internal pressure even if the remaining hydraulic system is already depressurized. Work<br />

on the pressure reservoirs may only be performed by specially trained persons familiar<br />

with handling pressure reservoirs. The system must first be depressurized beforehand<br />

for all work on the hydraulic system or on the pressure reservoirs. Work on the hydraulic<br />

system may only be performed by persons who have been instructed about the specific<br />

risks and hazards of working on hydraulic systems.
