For your information, the program displays both the value before the zero-balancing
process and after the zero-balancing process.
Conclude the procedure by pressing the "Close" button in the menu or press the
button .
6.25.4.3 Calibrating the scales
Clean the rollers at the weighing cells as well as the upstream rollers and downstream
rollers. Perform a zero-balancing as described on page 9. Set the weight display of the
scales to "0.00" and weigh the first truckload. Record this value.
Use the calibrated scales of the recipient to determine the actual weight of this load.
Only this method takes into account the additional factor of weight loss due to fuel
consumption of the transporting vehicle. As soon as you acquire the exact value,
proceed as follows:
Set the weight display on the terminal to "0.00".
In the "Scales" menu, choose item "Calibration" and confirm your selection.
