Text frames
With the help of text frames you can insert text boxes into a document. For example,
you can highlight especially important information by placing it in such a box.
A text frame, like all types of frames, occupies a fixed position on the page. Thus,
it does not move when you add or remove body text above it. By default, the
normal body text is automatically broken at the boundary lines of the frame – it
“flows” around the frame.

Inserting text frames
To insert a text frame, do the following:
1. Invoke the Object > New Text Frame command.
