General property sheet
On this property sheet, you can specify which parts of the document to export, and
change several other settings. Most of the options available are identical to the ones
provided in the File > Print dialog, which is described in the section “Printing a
document” beginning on page 451.
Apart from that, the following options are available:
Create table of contents
Check this option if you want a table of contents (TOC) to be added to the PDF
file.
Note: This will not insert a visible TOC into the document (like the Tools >
Generate Table of Contents menu command does). It rather stores an internal
TOC inside the PDF file. Some PDF viewers are able to display such
TOCs in a separate pane left of the document, to make navigation easier.
Please note that, in order to use this feature, you have to outline the document
beforehand (see the section “Outlines” beginning on page 382).
Create interactive form
Determines if forms objects (text boxes, dropdown lists, etc.) as well as text
frames and tables should be exported as editable objects.
By default, this option is not checked. If you activate it, such objects can be
edited when the PDF file is viewed in a PDF viewer (provided that the corresponding
permissions are set – see Security property sheet).

Preferences property sheet
This property sheet contains options for modifying the output quality, including the
following:
AutoShape options
FreeOffice: In SoftMaker FreeOffice, the maximum resolution is limited to
300 dpi.
Sets the quality (resolution) in which AutoShapes and all other types of drawings
are exported. The higher the setting, the larger the resulting file will be.
