8.13 AT^SPLM Read the PLMN List

Response:
The AT^SPLM execute command returns the list of operators from the ME. Each operator
code that has an alphanumeric equivalent in the ME memory is
returned. The list is sorted by operator codes. See also AT+COPN, AT+COPS

Operator in numeric form; GSM location area identification number

8.14 AT^CPOL Preferred Operator List
Description:

The AT+CPOL read command returns the list of the preferred operators. The AT+CPOL write
command allows to edit the list of the preferred operators. If is given but is
left out, the entry is deleted. An operator can be only once in the list.
