13.16 <strong>AT</strong>+CSMP Set SMS Text Mode Parameters<br />

Description:<br />

The write command selects values <strong>for</strong> additional parameters needed when the short<br />

message is sent to the network or placed in a storage and when text <strong>for</strong>mat message<br />

mode is selected.<br />

It is possible to set the validity period starting from the time when the short message is<br />

received by the SMSC ( is in range 0...255) or to define the absolute time of the<br />

validity period termination ( is a string). The <strong>for</strong>mat of is given by . If the TA<br />

supports the enhanced validity period <strong>for</strong>mat, it will be given as a hexadecimal coded<br />

string (e.g., ) with quotes.<br />
