The AT^SPLR write command returns used entries from the SIM list of preferred operators

Response:
The AT^SPLW write command writes an entry to the SIM list of preferred operators at

If is given but is left out, the entry is deleted. An operator can be only
once in the list. Test command returns the whole index range supported by the SIM.
