Chapter 12 – FAX <strong>Command</strong>s<br />

12.3 <strong>AT</strong>+FRH Receive Data Using HDLC Framing<br />

Description:<br />

The <strong>AT</strong>+FRH command enables the TA to receive frames using the HDLC protocol and<br />

the modulation defined in Section 12.1, FAX parameters. An ERROR response code<br />

results if this command is issued while the modem is on-hook.<br />

Write <strong>Command</strong> Syntax: <strong>AT</strong>+FRH=<br />

12.4 <strong>AT</strong>+FRM Receive Data<br />

Description:<br />

The <strong>AT</strong>+FRM command causes the TA to enter the receive mode using the modulation<br />

defined in Section 12.1, FAX parameters. An ERROR response code results if this<br />

command is issued while the modem is on-hook.<br />

Test <strong>Command</strong> Syntax: <strong>AT</strong>+FRM=<br />

12.5 <strong>AT</strong>+FRS Receive Silence<br />

Description:<br />

Write <strong>Command</strong> Syntax: <strong>AT</strong>+FRS=<br />

Response:<br />

=n causes the TA to report an OK result code to the TE after 10 millisecond<br />

intervals of silence have been detected on the line. The command is aborted if any<br />

character is received by the DTE. The modem discards the aborting character and issues<br />

an OK result code. An ERROR response code results if this command is issued while the<br />

mode is on-hook.<br />

results if this command is issued while the modem is on-hook<br />
