4 Inverter assembly<br />

1. Detachment<br />

1)Stop the air conditioner operation, and turn off the<br />

circuit breaker.<br />

2)Remove the inverter cover.<br />

(M4 × 10, 2 pcs.)<br />

3)Remove the wiring.<br />

(e.g. the power supply wire, compressor leads,<br />

coils, sensors and heaters)<br />

4)Steps only applicable to a 14, 16HP unit<br />

• Remove the reactor lead cover.<br />

(M4 × 10, 1 pc.)<br />

• Remove the screws securing the box.<br />

(M4 × 10, 1 pc.)<br />

• Detach the reactor leads.<br />

(6 terminal block bolts and 2 faston<br />

connectors)<br />

5)Remove the screws securing the box.<br />

(M5 × 10, 1 pc. each for top and bottom)<br />

In the case of a 14, 16HP unit: M5 × 10, 1 pc.<br />

for top and 2 pcs for bottom<br />

6)Disengage the hook by gently pressing down the<br />

locking lever with your finger.<br />

(The lower part of the box moves forward.)<br />

7)Hold the top board with both hands to disengage<br />

the top hook.<br />

Carry out installation by following the dismantling<br />

procedure in reverse (7) ➝ 1)).<br />

Before pushing the lower part in, pull the reactor leads<br />

out. Take care so that the wiring does not get caught<br />

in the way.<br />

Reconnect all the wiring.<br />

Before pushing lower part in, pull<br />

When pushing lower part in, be sure<br />

to keep wiring out of way.<br />
