INTERSECTING RUNWAY SEPARATIONSeparate departing aircraft from an aircraft using anintersecting runway, or nonintersecting runwayswhen the flight paths intersect, by ensuring that thedeparture does not begin takeoff roll until one of thefollowing exists:REFERENCE−FAAO 7110.65, <strong>Traffic</strong> Advisories, Para 2−1−21.a. The preceding aircraft has departed and passedthe intersection, has crossed the departure runway, oris turning to avert any conflict.(See FIG 3−9−5 and FIG 3−9−6.)b.
