Regions include:1. African-Indian Ocean Region2. Caribbean Region3. European Region4. Middle East/Asia Region5. North American Region6. North Atlantic Region7. Pacific Region8. South American RegionINTERNATIONAL FLIGHT INFORMATIONMANUAL− A publication designed primarily as apilot’s preflight planning guide for flights intoforeign airspace and for flights returning to the U.S.from foreign locations.INTERROGATOR− The ground-based surveillanceradar beacon transmitter-receiver, which normallyscans in synchronism <strong>with</strong> a primary radar, transmittingdiscrete radio signals which repetitiously requestall transponders on the mode being used to reply.
