REFUSAL OF AVOIDANCE CLEARANCEIf a pilot refuses to accept a clearance to avoid areservation, inform him/her of the potential hazard,advise him/her that services will not be providedwhile the flight is within the reservation and, ifpossible, inform the appropriate using agency.b. Longitudinally: Clear aircraft so that theappropriate longitudinal minimum exists ahead of thefirst or behind the last aircraft operating within thereservation.c.
