TRANSITING ACTIVE SUA/ATCAAIf a LOA/LOP has been coordinated <strong>with</strong> the UsingAgency and permission has been granted to transit thearea:a. Comply <strong>with</strong> the instruction/clearances issuedby the Using Agency and provide the applicableseparation minima between aircraft when two ormore aircraft are transiting the area; orNOTE−Some Using Agencies are also air traffic control facilities.b.
