If no report is received <strong>with</strong>in 3 minutes of thetime the original report was overdue, the controller shalltake action to apply another form of separation.No Change(a) An ADS−C position report on at least one ofthe aircraft has been received beyond the passing point,andNo ChangeNo Change3. Minima based on distance <strong>with</strong>out ADS−C:1. 50 NM between aircraft cruising, climbing ordescending on the same track that meet the requirementsfor and are operating <strong>with</strong>in airspace designated forRNP−10 operations provided:(a) Direct controller/pilot communication viavoice or CPDLC is maintained; and(b) Separation is established by ensuring that atleast 50 NM longitudinal separation minima existsbetween aircraft positions as reported by reference to thesame waypoint, whenever possible ahead of both.AddAdd1.
