Hot air balloons need not be separated from IFRaircraft. <strong>Traffic</strong> information and safety alerts shall beissued as appropriate.7−8−7. ADJACENT AIRPORT OPERATIONSa. <strong>Air</strong>craft that will penetrate Class C airspaceafter departing controlled airports <strong>with</strong>in or adjacentto Class C airspace shall be provided the sameservices as those aircraft departing the primaryairport. Procedures for handling this situation shall becovered in a LOA or a facility directive, as appropriate.b. <strong>Air</strong>craft departing uncontrolled airports <strong>with</strong>inClass C airspace shall be handled using proceduresadvertised in a Letter to <strong>Air</strong>men.7−8−8. TERMINATION OF SERVICEUnless aircraft are landing at secondary airports orhave requested termination of service while in theouter area, provide services until the aircraft departsthe associated outer area.
