Aircraft that will penetrate Class C airspaceafter departing controlled airports within or adjacentto Class C airspace shall be provided the sameservices as those aircraft departing the primaryairport. Procedures for handling this situation shall becovered in a LOA or a facility directive, as appropriate.b. Aircraft departing uncontrolled airports withinClass C airspace shall be handled using proceduresadvertised in a Letter to Airmen.7−8−8.
