AIRBORNE MILITARY FLIGHTSForward to FSSs the following information receivedfrom airborne military aircraft:a. IFR flight plans and <strong>changes</strong> from VFR to IFRflight plans.b. Changes to an IFR flight plan as follows:1. Change in destination:(a) <strong>Air</strong>craft identification and type.(b) Departure point.(c) Original destination.(d) Position and time.(e) New destination.(f) ETA.(g) Remarks including change in fuel exhaustiontime.(h) Revised ETA.2. Change in fuel exhaustion time.NOTE−This makes current information available to FSSs for relayto military bases concerned and for use by centers in theevent of two−way radio communications failure.2−2−13. FORWARDING FLIGHT PLAN DATABETWEEN U.S. ARTCCs AND CANADIAN ACCsEN ROUTEa. Domestic. (Continental U.S./Canadian airspaceexcept Alaska) Proposed departure flight plans anden route estimates will be handled on a 30 minute leadtime (or as bilaterally agreed) between any ACC andARTCC.b. International. Any route <strong>changes</strong> (except DPs)must be forwarded to the appropriate Oceanic/PreoceanicACC or ARTCC <strong>with</strong> an optimum lead timeof 30 minutes or as soon as this information becomesavailable.c. Initially, if a flight goes from U.S. airspace intoCanadian airspace and returns to U.S. airspace, theACC will be responsible for forwarding the flightplan data to the appropriate ARTCC by voicetransmission except for flights which traversemutually agreed on airways/fixes. These airways/fixeswill be determined on a case-by-case basisand will be based on time and distance considerationsat the regional level.2−2−14. TELETYPE FLIGHT DATA FORMAT−U.S. ARTCCs − CANADIAN ACCsEN ROUTEThe exchange of flight plan data between CanadianACCs and U.S. ARTCCs shall be made as follows:a. The U.S. ARTCCs will transmit flight data tothe Canadian ACCs in one of the following formats:1. NADIN II input format as described in theNAS Management Directives (MDs) for:(a) Flight Plan Messages:(1) Active.(2) Proposed.(b) Amendment messages.(c) Cancellation messages.(d) Response Messages to Canadian Input:(1) Acknowledgment messages.(2) Error messages.(3) Rejection messages.2. Transport Canada (TC) ACC Flight StripFormat: Where the data to be printed on the ACC stripform exceeds the strip form field size, the NADIN IIinput format in 1 above will be used. Inputsequentially fields 1 through 8 in para 2−2−6, IFRFlight Progress Data, subpara a.b. TC’s ACCs will transmit flight data to the FAAARTCCs in the following format:1.
