Installs and configures the Tivoli Storage Manager Scheduler Service.These are the required INSTall command options:v /name:servicenamev /password:passwordv /clusternode:Yes|No (required if running the Microsoft Cluster Server (MSCS) orVeritas Cluster Server (VCS)).v /clustername:clustername (required if running the MSCS or VCS).Restriction: Do not specify a clustername of more than 64 characters. If youspecify more than 64 characters and you are using Veritas Storage Foundation withHigh Availability or a Microsoft Cluster Server configuration, you might not beable to install or start the Tivoli Storage Manager scheduler service.The /clientdir:clientdir option can also be used, the default is the current directory.The following files must exist in the directory specified for /clientdir:clientdir:v dsmcsvc.exev dscenu.txtv dsm.optv dsmntapi.dllv tsmutil1.dllNote: If the service is being installed on a remote workstation, the fully qualifiedclient directory path should be relative to the target workstation. UNC names arenot allowed for the local system account. Multiple services can be installed on thesame workstation.TaskTaskTaskInstall a scheduler service named TSM Central Scheduler Service on thelocal workstation. Start the service automatically at system boot time. Allrequired files must reside in the current directory and the client options filemust point to the Tivoli Storage Manager server where node ALPHA1 isdefined with password nodepw. The Tivoli Storage Manager server iscontacted to verify that the specified node and password are valid. Whenthe password is validated it is generated (encrypted) into the WindowsRegistry:Command:dsmcutil install scheduler /name:"TSM Central Scheduler Service"/node:ALPHA1 /password:nodepw /autostart:yesInstall a scheduler service named TSM Central Scheduler Service onremote workstation PDC. Start the service automatically at system boottime. The required scheduler service files and the specified options filemust reside on the remote workstation in the c:\tsm\baclient directory.The password is encrypted into the Windows Registry.
