include.encryptIncludes the specified files for encryption processing. By default, Tivoli StorageManager does not perform encryption processing.Important: The include.encrypt option is the only way to enable encryptionon the Backup-Archive client. If no include.encrypt statements are used,encryption does not occur.include.fsIf open file support has been configured, Tivoli Storage Manager performs asnapshot backup or archive of files that are locked (or "in use") by otherapplications. The snapshot allows the backup to be taken from a point-in-timecopy that matches the file system at the time the snapshot is taken. Subsequentchanges to the file system are not included in the backup. You can set thesnapshotproviderfs parameter of the include.fs option to none to specify whichdrives do not use open file support.To control an open file support operation with LVSA, you can specify theseadditional options in your dsm.opt file or as values of the include.fs option:snapshotproviderfs, presnapshotcmd, postsnapshotcmd. Also, if you selectedthe LVSA as your snapshot provider, the following additional options can beset: snapshotcachelocation, snapshotcachesize, snapshotfsidleretries,snapshotfsidlewait.To control how Tivoli Storage Manager processes your file space forincremental backup, you can specify these additional options in your dsm.optfile or as values of the include.fs option: diskcachelocation <strong>and</strong>memoryefficientbackup. If these options appear both in the options file <strong>and</strong> aninclude.fs option, the include.fs values are used for the specified file space inplace of any values in an option file or on the comm<strong>and</strong> line.Examples:Options file or include/exclude file:include.fs d: memoryefficientbackup=diskcachemdiskcachelocation=e:\tempinclude.fs e: memoryefficientbackup=diskcachemdiskcachelocation=c:\tempinclude.fs.nasUse the include.fs.nas option to bind a management class to Network AttachedStorage (NAS) file systems. You can also specify whether Tivoli StorageManager saves Table of Contents (TOC) information during a NAS file systemimage backup, using the toc option with the include.fs.nas option in yourclient options file (dsm.opt).include.imageIncludes a file space or logical volume, or assigns a management class whenused with the backup image comm<strong>and</strong>. The backup image comm<strong>and</strong> ignoresall other include options.By default, Tivoli Storage Manager performs an offline image backup. Toenable <strong>and</strong> control an online image operation, you can specify these options inyour dsm.opt file or as values of the include.image option:snapshotproviderimage, presnapshotcmd, postsnapshotcmd.
