For file-level backup, VMware data restores can be done from within the virtualmachine, using the normal comm<strong>and</strong>-line client <strong>and</strong> the client GUI. You can alsoRestores data from a Tivoli Storage Manager client that is installed on a differentsystem, such as the backup proxy, using the virtualnodename or asnodenameoptions.
