The file space information can contain the name of the computerfrom which the files were backed up. If you restore from another Tivoli StorageManager client node and do not specify a destination for the restored files, theclient uses the file space information to restore the files. In such a case, the clientattempts to restore the files to the file system on the original computer. If therestoring computer has access to the file system of the original computer, you canrestore files to the original file system. If the restoring computer can not access thefile system of the original computer, the client can return a network error message.If you want to restore the original directory structure but on a different computer,specify only the target file system when you restore.
