The new scheduler service is now associated with the cluster group. If the group ismoved (failed) to the other nodes in the cluster, the service should correctly failover between the cluster nodes and notify both cluster nodes of automaticpassword changes.Note: If you manually change the Tivoli Storage Manager password, you muststop the scheduler service, regenerate the password, and restart the schedulerservice. The password can be generated by running the command:dsmc query session -optfile="q:\tsm\dsm.opt"Important: The generic service resource should remain online during anypassword changes. Password corruption occurs if the generic service resource isoffline while the password is changed.VCS:VCS provides a separate utility to create or modify your existing configuration. This utility is called the VCS Configuration Editor. By default, this utility isinstalled when VCS Cluster Manager is installed. For example, if the nodename is mscs-cluster-group-a and the Tivoli Storage Manager server name istsmsv1, enter the following registry key in the Registry Replication dialog box:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IBM\ADSM\CurrentVersion\Nodes\mscs-cluster-group-a\tsmsv1.
