Use the VCS Configuration Editor to configure the registry replication resource,as follows:1. Open the VCS Configuration Editor. You are prompted with the Build a newconfiguration or modify existing configuration window which provides thefollowing options: New Config - If you select this option you are prompted forthe path for the types.cf file, <strong>and</strong> Open Existing Config - If you select thisoption, the configuration window opens. Click on RESOURCE GROUP youwant to modify.2. Click on the Edit button <strong>and</strong> select Add resource. The Add Resource windowopens.3. Enter the name you want to give the resource in Resource Name field.4. Select the Resource Type as RegRep. The attributes of the RegRep resourcetype appear.5. Click the Edit button to modify the resource attributes.6. Select the MountResName attribute <strong>and</strong> enter the shared disk on which youwant to store the registry keys.7. When you are finished, close the window. The Configuration window promptsyou whether to save the configuration; click Yes.Repeat this procedure for each cluster group managed by Tivoli Storage Manager.The new scheduler service is now associated with the cluster group. If the group ismoved (failed) to the other nodes in the cluster, the service should correctly failover between the cluster nodes <strong>and</strong> notify both cluster nodes of automaticpassword changes.Note: If you manually change the Tivoli Storage Manager password, you muststop the scheduler service, regenerate the password, <strong>and</strong> restart the schedulerservice.
