and over, I have seen this program avert costly emergency
health services for people with disabilities. The gutting of
this program which this proposal will do will just shift costs
to other California public and private institutions e.g
schools, community health clincs, emergency rooms,
hospitals. CCS MTU provides quaility services that deliver
mandated therapies for children in a cost effective, efficient
manner.
