with a disability have their hands absolutely full. They can't
spend time proving wage earnings and the cuts will
disqualify far too many families and the financail burden is
far too great. This would be a burden that would break
these families backs.

without the aid of CCS. With the help of this program may
children are doing well. Without this program their life
chances will be jeopardized. Their quality of life may be
diminished and society will lose the benefit of two
wonderful but challenged beings. We cannot as a society
survive being to short sighted.
