<strong>California</strong>, $40000 a year is poverty level. Folks cannot<br />

afford <strong>the</strong>se services out of pocket and <strong>the</strong>refore <strong>the</strong> kids<br />

won't get <strong>the</strong> services.Please don't make <strong>the</strong>se cuts.<br />

budget cuts.<br />
