families and should not be limited by income, especially
this low. These services paid for out of pocket would be
astronomical for families and the children would go without
basic care.
This is one of those areas where children would fall
through the cracks. Basic medical insurance does not
cover these types of services so even a high income family
with good insurance could go financially broke in no time.
