have been in the NICU. If this budget cut occurs it would
significantly hurt the children and families who need it the
most!!!! A family with children of special needs already
have a huge financial responsibility and cannot afford to
pay for therapy for a child whose on-going medical and
physical needs already in pack the family. This would be a
disgrace if it passed!
