& Language disabilities I have personally seen many
examples of the differences between chldren who receive
early and ongoing intervention from qualified therapist and
those who do not receive intervention. These childrend
consistently lag behind their peers in social and academic
success, and do not carry forward the language skills
necessary to meet their potential or be as skilled
contributors to society as they would have been had they
received the necessary therapeutic interventions.

California is so fortunate to have a group of loving 'home
nurse' moms and dads that give these children the care,
love and education that allows the children to thrive. I am
so impressed. Please don't take away these funds. Allow
these children to become who they want to be without the
constant worry of how they will afford their medical
therapies.
