crack down on all the welfair fraud and California wouldn't
be in trouble.

5,653. Kelli O'Neill Oakley, CA My daughter’s main diagnosis is Spina Bifida. She receives
OT, which has helped tremendously in teaching her how to
handle her daily living skills. She also receives PT on a
more aggressive schedule with the goal of her being able
to walk with the use of crutches. CCS has provided these
services with an amazing amount of skill, care and
compassion. Without CCS or even a reduced frequency of
visits, would impair my daughter’s ability of reaching her
goal of walking with purple crutches. We do not, as a one
income family, have the resources, financially or skillfully,
to provide these services. Please consider the quality of
life and joy of a 9 year girl who wants to walk with purple
crutches and have her daddy dance with her at the ball.

CCS I would not be able to afford it. Please do not impose
income restrictions for CCS patients.
