needs they have. I feel that taking away their therapy
would be detrimental to their growth.

impact of OT and PT. I also have seen the wealthiest of
families in Del Mar and Solano Beach, hire attorneys to
access the most public money possible to make sure their
children receive this essential therapy. Their children
deserve this care, however, if there are no longer enough
funds to meet the needs of ALL children with disabilities,
regardless of their family's economic status, there should
be a fair test of a family's ability to pay. I think families
making in excess of $100.000.00 annually should Not
