888. Elizabeth Gomes Santa Rosa, CA While it might be reasonable for very wealthy parents to
pay for all or part of their child's therapy, setting the limit
this low is completely unfair to many. It will ultimately add
to the budget problems of the state if children are unable to
learn skills to become contributing members of society.
900. Robin Lovell Oakland, CA Therapy and other treatment is critical for kids! Had it not
been for the services provided by California children's
services for my son 20 years ago, he likely wouldn't have
been able to achieve the academic and social-emotional
success he has today (he is a sophomore in university
now).
901. Hilary Twelves Roseville, CA I have a niece with Cerebral Palsy who desperately needs
902. Ana Ortiz Gastonia, NC
903. Carrie Doolittle San Jose, CA I am a school nurse for students with exceptional needs.
Most of my students would not be as highly functional and
socially contributory without the services of CCS. You
cannot possible think that an income level of $41K is
enough to support a child in these services, especially in
CA. The services should be free for incomes under 100K
and reduced for 100K-200K. Thank you.
904. Cynthia Ting San Jose, CA
