physical and occupational therapy for my daughter. Our
insurance, Anthem Blue Cross, does not cover these
services. While my husband and I work full time, we cannot
afford to pay out of pocket for these services. We are tax
paying US citizens and have a right to services that are
provided for free to non-US citizens and low to no-tax
paying citizens. CCS MTU is efficient and effective. It's the
reason that our daughter is walking. Brown is looking to fix
something that is not broken. Stop paving so many streets
via "stimulus" at the expense of the protection and
education of our youth.

MTU is the only option around that can give my children
the therapy they need. I don't believe that families of
special needs children should be worried about the cost of
therapy. The proposed income requirements have nothing
to do with the needs of the children and in essence neglect
those children that desperately need that extra attention
and care.
