old. Without this treatment, I truly believe her physical
condition would not be where she is today. She may not be
able to walk, but standing, sitting, and other daily activities
that most of us take for granted continue to improve with
her monthly visits. Why should special needs children need
to be penalized when the State and County should
consider other cost-savings measures?
