of program budget cuts.I have seen how helpful <strong>the</strong>se<br />

prgrams can be and how necessary <strong>the</strong>y <strong>are</strong> for children<br />

with special needs <strong>in</strong> order <strong>to</strong> get ahead and improve many<br />

skills <strong>the</strong>y wouldn't o<strong>the</strong>rwise be able <strong>to</strong> acquire without<br />

pay<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>sanely high <strong>the</strong>rapy fees, which is not usually<br />

f<strong>in</strong>ancially possible for p<strong>are</strong>nts such as my aunt. It isn't fair<br />

<strong>to</strong> our children.<br />
