6,048. Jill Cleveland San Jose, CA I can def<strong>in</strong>itely understand <strong>the</strong> budgetary constra<strong>in</strong>ts<br />

<strong>California</strong> is currently fac<strong>in</strong>g. I also agree with putt<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong><br />

some f<strong>in</strong>ancial eligibility standards, but it shouldn't be all or<br />

noth<strong>in</strong>g. All families deserve assistance but maybe <strong>the</strong>ir<br />

level of assistance is based on <strong>in</strong>come. This type of<br />

<strong>the</strong>rapy for children is expensive and even a family that is<br />

f<strong>in</strong>ancially secure would be placed with a huge burden that<br />

could require <strong>the</strong>m <strong>to</strong> search for o<strong>the</strong>r government fund<strong>in</strong>g<br />

<strong>in</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r <strong>are</strong>as because all of <strong>the</strong>ir money is go<strong>in</strong>g <strong>to</strong><br />

medical services. They need <strong>to</strong> come up with a better plan.<br />
